“On February 9, 2017, Entergy and NorthStar Group Services, Inc. (NorthStar) submitted a request to transfer the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station license from Entergy to NorthStar for the purposes of expedited decommissioning. The NRC issued an Order approving the transfer of the plant operating license in October 2018.”
